Last week we went along to Radisson Collection Edinburgh for their monthly Sunday brunch.
We’ve stayed with Radisson Collection before, so we know how amazing their spread are!
When you arrive guest services will double check your time for the brunch and guide you up stairs towards Cucina, the hotels Scottish / Italian restaurant which is definitely worth a visit any time of the day.
Once your taken to your table you’re given a menu and asked if you’d like any drinks, there is the fabulous Bloody Mary & Bellini bar available along with many juices, flavoured water or tea & coffee.
You can also change it up and have Prosecco or a Beer perhaps, if you’d like?
We ordered our hot food option to arrive first then had some sweet options from the buffet. We tried out the Raspberry Injection & Chocolate Honeycomb Pot, which was delicious.
We enjoyed ordering our food this way so that I could fully enjoy the hot meal part.
A few of the guests we spoke with beside us did it this way too and enjoyed it better than doing the buffet first too.
Let me show you how fantastic the buffet is so you can understand exactly what I mean.....

The buffets at Radisson are never shy of options for everyone or creative style.
We love them and you can fully appreciate how much food there is on offer so you could easily just eat from there, mix it up with adding the hot food menu or do what we did and have the hot food first, drinks & buffet for sweets & juice.
Either way, no matter what you choose you’ll be sure to have an incredible time with the fun atmosphere created by the DJ.
The staff as always are fantastic, friendly and know exactly what their doing.
I’ve never been able to fault Radisson Collection so for us, it was the perfect end to a wonderful child free weekend.
10/10 ..... so go, enjoy with your loved one, friends, or even treat your favourite person.
